Cancellation Policy
  • 30 days before check-in date: No penalty required, but 5% transaction fee will be deducted from refundable amount.
  • 30 to 15 days before check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 15% of the total booking value or 30% of the first night's cost, whichever is greater.
  • 15 to 2 days before check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 30% of the total booking value or 50% of the first night's cost, whichever is greater.
  • 2 days or less from check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 33% of the total booking value or 100% of the first night's cost, whichever is greater.
  • No refund will be granted to no-shows. However, depending on availability, re-scheduling can be negotiated.

Children policy:

  • Up to 2 children below 6 years of age are allowed to share rooms/beds (breakfast not included) with their parents, an extra bed requires extra charge of USD 50.00
