- Up to 5 hours of extra time may be allowed for checkouts, depending upon the availability.
If a checkout is delayed by more than 5 hours, you need to pay an extra amount equivalent to 50% of one night's charges.

- Children are accommodated free of cost with their parents as long as an extra bed is not required.
- Extra bed and/or food will be billed separately at the usual rates.

- Cancellations, if not made a week or more before the check-in date, will incur a 25% cancellation charge (on total booking amount).
- Failure to cancel a booking or to check-in without any prior notification will result in a deduction amounting to 50% of the total amount.
