The hotel provides a free arrival transfer from the airport or the bus park. To take advantage of this service you are required to provide full details of your arrival a few days prior to the check-in date.
You can also take a cab from the airport or the bus park for 4-5 US Dollars. Tell your driver to take you to Lakeside, a few blocks past Barahi Chowk and just before reaching Standard Chartered Bank, take a right turn. Sign-boards will guide you conveniently.
