- 7 to 2 days before check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 30% of the total booking value or 50% of the first night's cost, whichever is greater.
- 2 days or less from check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 33% of the total booking value or 100% of the first night's cost, whichever is greater.
- No refund will be granted to no-shows. However, depending on availability, re-scheduling can be negotiated.
