- If rooms are available for incoming guests, those checking out need not pay extra charge for delays up to 6 hours. For longer delays, 50% of 1 night's charges will be surcharged.
- Children under 12 years of age can share rooms with their parents for free. However, extra beds and food will be charged separately.
- Cancellations are free of charge if made 3 or more days prior to the expected arrival date. Those failing to cancel their bookings within this time will have to pay a cancellation charge of 33% of the booking amount.
