- Check-outs delayed up to 6 hours will encounter a surcharge equivalent to 50% of 1 night's charges and a longer delay is subject to a 100% charge for 1 night.
- Children are allowed to share beds/rooms with their parents free of charge.
- Up to 2 children are allowed to stay per room.
- Extra bed/food will be billed as per use at normal rates.
- Cancellations will be processed free of charge only if made 7 or more days before check-in date.
- A cancellation charge (equivalent to 25% of booking deposit) is applicable to all cancellations made less than 7 days from the expected arrival date.
