Gyan Bahadur Karki , together with his family, is the proprietor of the hotel. Gyan has dedicated himself in the field from 1981, initially working as a manager of hotels and lodges for about a decade. Finally he established a hotel himself, namely the Hotel View Point in 1991. The success of this hotel and the request from his guests to expand and to provide even better facilities inspired him to establish Hotel Splendid View, which has now been under operation for a year.
