Kiran Raj Gautam, the Managing Director of Hotel Taj, is a successful and young businessman, brought up and educated in Pokhara. He also owns a reputed paragliding company based in Pokhara.

Overall operations of the hotel are currently being managed by Tul Bahadur Poudel, who is the General Manager. Although he has joined the hotel very recently, he does possess enough experience in the hospitality business. He is the kind of host you can count on - very considerate and cooperative and always welcoming.
