- Check-outs made more than 4 hours late from the normal check-out time are subject to a surcharge equivalent to 1 night's tariff.
- Children below 5 years of age can stay for free with their parents.
- USD 40 will be charged extra per child if the age is above 5 years.
- Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the expected arrival date are free of charge.
- A 33% cancellation charge will be deducted from the deposited amount for cancellations made between 15 days to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Failure to cancel the bookings formally 24 hours before the anticipated arrival will result in no refund, whereby, 100% of the amount will be withheld by the hotel.
- All rates published herein are quoted in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes and service charges.
