Santosh Karki, the Resident Manager, having served at the reputed Kathmandu Guest House for 15 years, has been managing this hotel in Pokhara for 7 years. Because of his sound experience of hospitality management, he has been excellent at making guests feel at ease, and bringing out the best in the employees. The hotel is under the management of KGH Group of Hotels and Resorts, Kathmandu.
