- Check-outs, up to 4 hours late require no extra charge, but are subject to the actual availability of rooms on that day.
- 50% of 1 night's tariff will be charged when check-outs are delayed by more than 4 hours.
- Children up to 5 years old can share beds with parents for free. However, for extra beds, charges should be paid on a per child basis.
- Cancellations should be made at least 3 days prior to the expected arrival date in order to claim a full refund.
- First night's tariff will be deducted from the booking deposit for all cancellations made less than 72 hours from the scheduled check-in time.
- Tariffs quoted are in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes and service charges.
- Pets are allowed upon request, but must be self-tending and will be allowed in rooms only.

We support local villages, and have even built a local orphanage to house and educate displaced, and often outcast, children.
