- Children up to 5 years of age can stay for free with their parents, sharing the same room/s and bed/s. Extra beds and food will be charged separately.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties.
- 15% of the booking amount will be deducted for cancellations made between 7 to 2 days before the scheduled arrival.
- 50% of the booking amount will be deducted when cancellations are made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
