Vardan Resort n' Apartment started its operation on September 20, 2008. It may not be very large in terms of number of rooms, but it certainly is one of the best managed in its category. It has been built in a very peaceful, pollution free and village like neighborhood just about 250 meters away from Fewa Lake. The magnificent panorama visible from the resort seems to be sublimely blended with the natural ambience of Pokhara Valley.
It has three earthquake resistant cottages each with a private terrace and two bedrooms, and a modern building with two luxurious apartments and an exotic honeymoon suite. In addition to the regular services, you can get almost all sorts of professional and recreational services on request.

Depending on how early or late your cancellation request is made, cancellation charge will be calculated as follows:
No-show implies no refund at all, under whatsoever circumstances.

- 14 day or earlier: No cancellation charge required. Full refund (after deduction of any online payment reversal fees involved)
- 14 to 7 days: 25% of the nightly rates chargeable
- 7 to 2 days: 50% of the nightly rates chargeable
- Within the last 48 hours: Standard room rates for 1 night will be deducted
