Rooms at Vardan Resort n' Apartment is unique in design as if each one has its own identity. Each of the one-storied cottages has two spacious bedrooms (double occupancy). The apartment building has Annapurna Apartment on the ground floor while Manaslu Apartment on the first floor. The second floor has the luxurious Dhaulagiri Suite.

Rooms are quite spacious, enough for 3 to 4 persons. Special attention has been paid to the construction as well as furnishing materials, priority being given to locally available and natural materials. Finely selected Nepalese sculpture and artworks decorate the interior and exterior of each cottage.

Gautam Vihar has a stone roof and walls while its floor is covered with tiles. Its windows are beautifully finished with two carved 'peacock windows,' an integral element of medieval Nepalese architecture.
